Ruaha National Park is the Tanzania’s largest National Park situated in the southern circuit of Tanzania between Iringa and Mbeya region.

The park named after the Great Ruaha River, the highly source of water for wildlife in the park with other small rivers include Mwagusi river. Covering area over 20,000 sq km is known for supporting large number of elephants than other parks in the country.

Ruaha National Park attractions include vegetation as baobab trees and wild animals as great kudu, lesser kudu, waterbuck, gazelle, zebra, giraffe, gnu, impala, hippos, crocodile, lion, leopard, cheetah, jackal, hyena, endangered African wild dog and wide varieties of birds.
